These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between the seller and users of the electronic store available at the domain fybershop.store:

3. Orders and Conclusion of Distance Contract
Orders are placed via the streamlined single-step Livewire checkout interface. By submitting an order, the customer enters into a binding distance sales contract subject to item availability.
Upon submitting an order, an automatic confirmation email with a unique reference number is issued immediately. The customer is kept updated at each stage of processing and dispatch.
4. Prices and Currency Peg
All product prices in the online store are indicated in EUR (€) and referenced or converted in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) according to the official fixed exchange peg of 1.95583 BGN = 1.00 EUR.
All prices are fully inclusive of statutory 20% Value Added Tax (VAT / ДДС). Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on courier tariffs and shown transparently before order confirmation.
Available Payment Methods:
- Cash on Delivery (Наложен платеж): The customer pays the total order amount in cash or card to the Econt Express courier or at the chosen Econt office/locker upon receipt.
- Credit / Debit Card: Instant, encrypted electronic card checkout.
5. Delivery Scope and Courier (Econt Express)
Geographic Scope: Deliveries are carried out solely and strictly within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. FyberShop does not ship outside Bulgaria.
Logistics are operated exclusively in partnership with Econt Express („Еконт Експрес" ООД). Customers can choose between:
- Delivery to any designated Econt office or 24/7 automated parcel locker (Еконтомат).
- Delivery to a personal or business door address across all Bulgarian settlements.
Dynamic Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically in real time via the Econt API based on destination settlement, delivery type (office, locker, or door address), package weight, and cash on delivery value. FyberShop applies no arbitrary flat fees or hardcoded free shipping thresholds.
Inspection upon delivery (Преглед и тест): All shipments are dispatched with the mandatory inspection option. The customer has the right and obligation to unpack and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier before paying the Cash on Delivery amount.
6. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите - ЗЗП) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from this distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which they or a third party indicated by them take physical possession of the goods.
- The products must be unused, unwashed, in intact condition, and without any signs of wear, tear, or assembly.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all factory labels, accessories, and accompanying documentation.
- The customer must notify FyberShop within the 14-day window via email or our Contact form before returning the package.
Return Shipping Costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is borne entirely by the consumer, unless the item was sent erroneously or arrived damaged.
Goods Damaged in Transit (Протокол за щета): If an item is found to be damaged during transport, the customer must immediately request a Damage Protocol (Протокол за щета) drawn up on the spot by the Econt courier and contact FyberShop customer support with photos and the protocol number within 24 hours.
Reimbursement Process: Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of our receipt and physical inspection of the returned items, using the same payment method or agreed bank transfer.
7. User Accounts, Ratings and Product Reviews
Customers may create an account to manage shipping addresses, track past orders, and submit product ratings and reviews.
Rating and Review Guidelines: Only authenticated users can submit 1 to 5 star ratings and reviews. Reviews must reflect genuine personal purchasing and product experience. Spam, defamatory language, hate speech, commercial advertising, or false claims are strictly prohibited and will be moderated.
Modification and Rating Removal: Users retain complete control over their submissions. A customer can change their rating score or completely delete/un-rate their submitted rating at any time directly on the product rating form.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For all matters not settled in these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation shall apply. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be settled amicably or referred to the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.
